Ingredients: Basil, Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Marjoram, Lavender, Chervil, Tarragon

Ingredients:
Thinly sliced triangles of pumpernickel bread
3 Tbs. cream cheese
1 tsp. herbs de provence
cherry tomatoes thinly sliced

Instructions:
Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. If your bread is fragile, add a little milk to the cream cheese to ease spreading. Stir in the herbs de Provence, and let the cheese sit for an hour or so. Spread the bread with a thin layer of the cheese, and top with a few slices of cherry tomatoes.
